Christmas is on the horizon. (Swear it starts earlier every year!) To help you get your Christmas shopping sorted, we’ve got our delivery cut-off dates detailed for you in this article.

Custom PCs
Our custom-built gaming PCs are always in high demand, so we want to make sure they are performing optimally before they are sent out to you. As such, the custom gaming PC cut-off date is:
Sunday 1st December 2024
Custom PCs ordered now will not arrive in time for Christmas.
What about Pre-Built Gaming PCs?
Of course, we also have a growing range of pre-built PCs. We have the Refract Gaming range and now a select number of our OcUK Gaming PCs are pre-built, too. One of the things we love to tell you about these PCs, other than the fact they are hand-crafted for different gaming styles, is that they are eligible for next-day delivery. After Sunday 1st December, this is still true. Breathe easy, you still have plenty of time. Pre-built gaming PCs fall under the standard Christmas delivery cut-off dates, listed below.
It should be noted that they are only available for next-day delivery whilst stocks last.

High-End and Professional PCs
Unfortunately, the cut-off date for our 8Pack, Infin8, and Renda ranges has already passed. If you order a PC from any of these ranges, they will not arrive in time for Christmas.
Christmas Delivery
Right, the reason we are all here. The Christmas cut-off delivery dates for next day delivery:
Friday 20th December with DPD
If you want to guarantee your order will arrive before Christmas Day, then be sure to place it before 5.30pm on Friday 20th December, using DPD Next Day, DPD Saturday, or DPD Sunday delivery. Make your delivery as smooth as possible by:
- Downloading the DPD App – for up to date tracking information and delivery estimates
- Updating Your Preferences – set a safe space, preferred neighbour, and more to help your driver
- Using what3words – make sure there are no mix-ups with your location, so DPD delivers right the first time
DPD orders placed after this point may still arrive before Christmas Day, but we cannot guarantee that they will.
Monday 23rd December with DPD
Orders placed on Monday 23rd December will be on our last shipment before Christmas. Whilst every effort will be taken to make sure your order arrives in time for Christmas, we cannot guarantee it will do in the event there’s an issue with your order or if DPD encounters a problem whilst delivering.
If you want your parcel to arrive before Christmas, we advise ordering by 3pm on Saturday 21st 2024 using DPD Sunday.
To avoid disappointment, ensure the product(s) you’re purchasing are in stock, you download the DPD app, and make sure your preferences are up to date – such as a designated safe place and trusted neighbour. We also advise using what3words and adding your address location name to the app.

Orders placed after Monday 23rd December will be delivered from Friday 27th December.
Please note that the final cut off date to order with Royal Mail has passed.
Changing Dates
It should be noted that these dates are subject to change. Things like freak weather and high demand will have an effect. Any changes will be communicated here and on our delivery information page.
New Year Delivery
Should your Christmas money be burning a hole in your pocket and you need to treat yourself after the big day, here are the delivery cut-off dates for that weird week between Christmas and New Years. (We totally understand, an Overclockers UK gift voucher wouldn’t last long in our hands either.)
As already stated, orders placed after Monday 23rd December will be delivered from Friday 27th December.
Due to the expected high order volume and bank holidays, Next Day Delivery will not be available from Monday 23rd December 2024 to Sunday 5th January 2025. Next Day Delivery will resume from Monday 6th January 2025.
Extended Christmas Returns
Purchasing a gift? Anything bought between Friday 1st November and Friday 20th December qualifies for our extended Christmas returns. Terms and conditions do apply, but here are the important dates you need:
Purchased Between: Friday 1st November and Friday 20th December
Return Requested Between: Wednesday 25th December 2024 and Friday 17th January 2025
Product Returned By: Friday 31st January 2025
Product needs to be in its unopened, original sealed packaging.
