What is this, a crossover episode? Two metaverses are set to collide with the long-awaited confirmation of Roblox’s arrival on Meta Quest VR headsets.

Yes, we’re not joking. Earlier this week, Meta confirmed that online game platform and game creation system, Roblox, is set to arrive in VR soon. Love it or hate it, with more than 66 million daily users across PC, mobile, and Xbox, Roblox is already one of the largest gaming platforms. Whether you want to play a knock-off version of Call of Duty, that is still somehow better than any of the recent titles, or if you just want to chill in a replica of Chernobyl, Roblox has you covered.

A New Social Platform For VR?

Thanks to Roblox’s open-source development of games and experiences, there are currently over 15 million games, worlds, and social places to explore right now. With so much content and a huge active player base, Roblox’s VR launch is set to be a big one.
