Making efficient use of the internal layout with hardware mounting options on a vertical basis, the A4-SFX v1 allows for the installation of standard size hardware – doing away with custom components as well as performance compromises. Crafted from brushed aluminium with ventilated panels – manufactured by Lian LI, the A4-SFX v1 utilises Mini-ITX motherboards, SFX power supplies and a full-length, dual-slot graphics card. This gives way for a potential Monster gaming PC, disguised on one’s desk much akin to NAS.
By mounting internal components vertically with the SFX power supply located at the front of the chassis, there’s room for X3 2.5″ storage drives, low-profile CPU coolers as a must due to the slim-profile, and a PCIe extender built on patented Twin Axial technology – manufactured by 3M, included with the chassis. With just a single USB 3.0 port located to the front of the chassis, accompanied by a power button for a clean, neat finish, the A4-SFX v1 defines the high-end appeal, certainly striking with its anodized finish.
Available now in black or silver, the Dan Case A4-SFX v1 is priced at £249.95.
