Glorious PC Gaming Race are a company committed to releasing quality PC accessories. Last year’s Model O gaming mouse became a popular choice due to its excellent ergonomics, zero-lag responsiveness and its exquisite design.
However some gamers do prefer wireless mice, mainly because of the flexibility they offer in respect to placement. That being said, wireless mice do have a reputation for not being as responsive as their wired brethren. With that in mind, Glorious set about creating a wireless mouse that would have maximise the advantages and minimise the disadvantages. The result was the Model O Wireless gaming mouse.
Uncompromising accuracy
In order to improve accuracy and reduce lag Glorious developed their own proprietary sensor. Known as the BAMF sensor it means the Model O Wireless can reach benchmarks such as 400 IPS Tracking Speed, up to 19,000 DPI, and a max polling rate of 1000 Hz. Similarly a 2.4 GHz lag-free wireless technology means the Model O wireless communicates in a precise and responsive with your gaming PCs. In fact, it can communicate at distances of up to 5 meters.
Another concern with wireless gaming mice is that they are often heavier than wired ones due to the inclusion of a battery pack. In spite of this the Model O weighs 69g so it is easily maneuverable. That is not to say the battery is not strong, in fact it can run for up to 71 hours if the LED illumination is switched off. But even if you do need to charge it, this can be easily done by the included USB-C Ascended cable, which lets you continue playing while your mouse charges.
Smooth moves and clean lines
Aesthetically the Model O Wireless shares many of the distinct features of the wired Model O. From the unique honeycomb design on top (which also happens to improve grip) to the matte finish and ambidextrous design. The Model O Wireless also features LED illumination that allows for a total of 16.8 million colours, full customisable across 3 zones on the mouse. All of these can be easily adjusted via software.
From a more practical standpoint, smooth scrolling is ensured by the G-stake feet. This combined with the light weight make the Glorious Model O Wireless extremely maneuverable and versatile.
