With smooth curves, extensive hardware support, and masterclass thermals, the HS 420 PC cases are a game changer. These cases are engineered with industry-leading techniques and gaming-focused features, making them a must-have in any set-up. Get ready to dig out your bank card, you’re going to want one of these beauties in your shopping cart.
HAVN HS 420 Series
There are four models in the HAVN HS 420 Series, a Base and VGPU Edition each available in either black or white. With looks as good as these, there are no wrong answers.

Before we dive into the finer details, we have a very sleek video showing off the HAVN HS 420 PC cases.
HAVN HS 420 Key Features
Both the HAVN HS 420 Base and VGPU Edition cases share some features, such as a hybrid structure, CNC-milled materials, and the heat-formed panoramic glass panelling.
The hybrid, dual-chamber structure both optimises airflow and allows for multiple hardware configurations – leaving you free to combine fans, storage, and even portable displays as you please. The main chamber plays host to up to E-ATX motherboards, up to 480mm GPUs, and a total of eleven 140mm fans. A really versatile feature of the main chamber is the right pillar beside the motherboard tray. This can be used to host either three 140mm fans, a 420mm radiator, up to eight 2.5” storage drives, or a portable display using the included VESA mount.
Behind the motherboard tray is a super helpful feature, the SimpliCable routing system. Cable tracks are clearly marked with suggested usage and have clips to contain your wiring. Got to love simplified cable management, whether you’re a new or veteran PC builder!
Of course, the HAVN HS 420 Series’ stand-out feature is the sleek, modern aesthetic. Those smooth curves are achieved through CNC-milling, curve stamping, and even 3D stamping for the PSU shroud. Together, this creates a unified design flow that will make a stunning addition to any gaming set-up. Really bringing the whole aesthetic together is the heat-formed UniSheet panoramic glass panel. Using industry-leading techniques, the glass has been bent with the smallest possible curve to reduce visual distortion of your prized hardware within. Snazzy stuff.
HS 420 VGPU Edition
What sets the HS 420 VGPU Edition apart from the Base Edition is the included GPU bracket. This bracket enables you to vertically mount a GPU up to 470mm long, with a PCIe 5.0 riser cable for connecting back to your motherboard, and it features an angled fan mount. Plus, it seamlessly integrates with the case, for easy installation.
What makes this mount a game-changer is the angled fan bracket. It sits at the bottom of the case, supporting three 140mm fans. The way it is angled means that cool air is channelled directly onto the GPU, whilst the exhausted heat is funnelled behind the mount and out of the case.
All this, and it looks great, too.
Thermally Optimised
We’ve already touched on some of the cooling support within the HAVN HS 420 Series, with the eleven fans and VGPU Edition’s fan bracket. There is so much more to it, which is why this PC case is a masterclass in thermal optimisation.
To start with, the left, top, and back panels all feature custom ventilation which is angled to guide airflow in and out of the case. The bottom of the case has stylish yet innovative cut-outs to further bolster airflow. Plus, there are plenty of built-in dust filters that are easy to remove and clean, so no stray dirt will wind up in your case!
Back to the eleven 140mm fans. These can be mounted on the top, right side, or bottom of the case (or bracket for the VGPU Edition). The fan mounts are removable, making installation that much easier, and they feature vibration dampening rubber to minimise noise. Alternatively, these areas can be used for up to 420mm radiators. Plus, with 185mm clearance for CPU coolers, this PC case is widely compatible with the cooling hardware market.
