The Gameplay
Play as Haroona, a Quaestor born with the unique ability to venture into a mysterious dimension known as the Fold. The Fold is a strange place which mysteriously overlaps with our own and acts as the source of your power. You must learn how to wield this unlikely ability as you hunt for secrets and hidden knowledge. Your power won’t go unnoticed. A splinter faction, the Ascendants, soon make Haroona a target on their quest to utilise the Fold and alter human history forever.
Harness your mastery of the Fold and tailor your playstyle to suit you. Intelligently vanish in plain sight, dodge bullets, hurl Umbric energy at your opponents, and much more! All whilst you explore a landscape inspired by 19th century Portugal.
Does Unknown 9: Awakening Include Multiplayer?
Unknown 9: Awakening is a single-player experience only. However, that doesn’t have to stop you from sharing the incredible gameplay with friends via a live stream!
