Jingle Jam 2024 is Here!

Everyone’s favourite festive charity event is back – it’s time for Jingle Jam 2024! We’re heckin’ excited to see what everyone gets up to this year and of course see how much money is raised by you incredible lot.

We’re taking you on a whistle stop tour of the festivities, rounding up just what Jingle Jam is exactly, the key charities involved, and a very special streamer who you certainly don’t want to miss!

What is Jingle Jam?

Jingle Jam is an annual charity live-streaming event created by the infamous Yogscast crew. It aims to unite the gaming community in a jam-packed two week schedule of fun to raise vital funds for a range of partnered charities and their projects.

Where Does My Money Go?

If you donate to a Jingle Jam stream, your money will go towards helping hundreds of charities which have helped improve the lives of over half a million children and young people, along with protecting our precious planet. This includes:

CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably) – a dedicated mental health charity that needs help running a life-saving suicide prevention helpline along with providing vital resources to those who need them.
Cool Earth – a brand-new charitable effort which aims to fight back against climate change and provide aid to indigenous people along with protecting the rainforest.
The Trevor Project – a charity dedicated to ending suicide amongst LGBTQ+ young people by delivering vital help, resources, and crisis intervention.
War Child – a charity focused on protecting, educating, and advocating for the rights of children affected by ongoing conflicts across the globe including Gaza.
Wallace & Gromit’s Grand Appeal – donate money to help create the ‘Jingle Jam Building’, a unique yet vital building that will help sick children and their families at Bristol Children’s Hospital.

A donation to Jingle Jam isn’t without reward. Not only do you get to show support to a noteworthy cause, but if you give a minimum of £35, you’ll be able to treat yourself to the Jingle Jam 2024 Games Collection and receive a hefty 18 Steam keys for games and much more!

Our Jingle Jam Highlight

We can’t celebrate Jingle Jam 2024 without giving a shoutout to Spiffing Brit. If you’ve been an Overclockers UK fan for a while, you know we have heart eyes for Spiffing Brit. So much so we even helped him fix his mouldy tea PC (boy was that an experience…).

Today (December 3^rd 2024), Spiffing Brit is going live with his incredible Skyrimathon charity livestream in which he doesn’t stop streaming until he’s made as much money in-game as the total amount raised for charity. He’s doing this in aid of Wallace & Gromit’s Grand Appeal in the hopes of building a brand-new centre for sick children and their families.

All you need to do is get involved is watch the live stream, donate if possible, or even just like the stream as Spiffing Brit will be adding one gold for every like! Perfect for those who can’t afford to donate but still want to show their support for these incredible causes.
