Known for manufacturing high quality PC cases and accessories, Phanteks now introduces the P500A to their Eclipse series.
The Eclipse line comprises a total of five cases from low cost and compact to high end and large internal capacity with the P500A occupying a position between the P400 and P600S PC case in respect to specs and form factor.
Alongside the P500A, Phanteks are making available some outstanding PWM fans, which will both improve performance and look great in your PC build.
Optimised airflow and amazing illumination options
The P500A offers users a case with an outstanding design as well as excellent airflow and dust filtration properties. There are three variants of the PC case available, the core unit which includes the case and two black 140mm fans and black or white DRGB models that are bundled with three DRGB 140mm fans.
The DRGB units also feature an DRGB lighting strip on the PSU shroud and all illumination effects can be controlled without software by a button on the top panel.
Plenty of room for all your components
A strong feature of the P500A is its internal capacity. While it is a midi Tower, it has capacity to hold a dual system setup (with an upgrade kit and Revolt X power supply). Making it ideal for users needing a powerful dual system for streaming or other computationally intense tasks.
Additionally there is room for a maximum of ten 3.5″ HDD drives (alternatively 2.5″ SSD drives can be fitted in these bays) and a further three 2.5″ SSD drives. As well as that a GPUs of up to 435mm and a CPU Cooler of up to 190mm can be installed.
Excellent user-controlled airflow
Also launched today are the Phanteks SK PWM fans. These are available in either 120mm or 140mm form factors, there is subtle black or D-RGB option and fans are sold individually or in 3-packs (which include connectors for ‘daisy chaining’ the fans). The SK PWM fans have the usual build quality associated with Phanteks products and they are great for users looking to fine tune their PC’s performance since the rotation speeds can be set directly. They also have a stylish appearance with the D-RGB fans being able to sync with other RGB components to create eye catching illumination effects.
These features combine to make the P500A and the SK fan excellent choices for PC ethusiasts looking to build a powerful and stylish systems.
