RTX 5080 – The Specs
Similar to the RTX 5090, the NVIDIA 5080 will be engineered utilising the Blackwell architecture, harnessing 10752 CUDA cores to render your gaming worlds in glorious detail. Capable of reaching speeds up to 2.62GHz, you’ll be able to enjoy ultra-fast performance in all your multi-threaded applications from AAA gaming, live streaming, to content creation. The 16GB of GDDR7 VRAM, support for PCIe 5.0, and 256-bit memory interface will all work in sync to ensure maximum efficiency across all your heavy-duty workloads.
Onboard 5th Gen Tensor and 4th Gen RT cores, along with support for DLSS 4 and Multi Frame Generation means the RTX 5080 is the ultimate upgrade for gaming enthusiasts. This GPU has been optimised to facilitate lifelike visuals, buttery-smooth frame rates, and outstanding detail even at high frame rates.
To mitigate any thermal issues with the NVIDIA 5080, this GPU will feature onboard cooling to help facilitate optimised thermals, even under heavy-duty loads. To ensure the RTX 5080 stays cool and performs at its best, NVIDIA recommends you pair this GPU with at least a 850W PSU to handle its 360W TDP.
