The Dutch cooling and case manufacturer returns! This time Phanteks fans, pun very much intended, are in for a treat. Today we have a new line of fans and an AiO cooler launching. Let’s have a closer look.
The All-in-One Package
The new AiO (All-in-One) cooler is the Phanteks Glacier One 240 T30. This particular unit sits at the premium end of the market, able to both cool powerful CPUs and also operate in near-silence.
Its high-end components include an Asetek Gen7 pump and a thick 38mm radiator, which brings high performance despite having a comparatively small 240mm form-factor.
The cooling fans are a pair of T30-120 fans. They are particularly robust, being made from a glass fibre that has been reinforced with a Liquid Crystal Polymer.
Meanwhile, a 3-phase motor offers a variety of fan modes and great fan and performance modes including: hybrid, performance and advanced.
Aesthetically, the Glacier One 240 T30 is equally impressive. It has an infinity mirror-effect pump cap design and integrated D-RGB lighting.
This illumination can be easily synced with other components in your build, simply connect it to a D-RGB equipped Phanteks case or your motherboard.
We’re all Fans
Additionally, Phanteks are now making T30-120 fans available individually or in a triple pack. Not only are these phenomenal radiator fans, but they work equally well as case fans.
The T30-120 fans are the result of a collaboration between Phanteks and SUNAN, a leading fan manufacturer. After a considerable development period, they produced an aerodynamic design and use of industrial-grade components.
As mentioned above, they use LCP (Liquid Crystal Polymer) for enhanced rigidity, durability, and precision. But there’s more, the tip of the fan blade has a continuous and small clearance, at0.5mm. This reduces turbulence to deliver exceptional noise-normalized performance. Similarly, a 30mm fan frame design enables the T30-120 fans to have a larger than standard fan blade for enhanced airflow.
Combined with SUNON’s 3-phase motor and magnetic levitated DUAL VAPO bearing, the T30-120 fan excels in airflow, static pressure, and silent performance.
The T30-120 fans have three distinct modes:
- Hybrid: Allows for up to 1200 RPMs, will activate a 0 RPM mode when PWM signal drops below 50%
- Performance: Up to 2000 RPMs, offering a great balance between noise and performance
- Advanced: Up to 3000 RPM for extreme power
Thinking of making a new build? Consider using Phanteks for extra cooling performance.
