Next-Gen Innovations

Whilst retaining that iconic Glorious style, there is no denying that these gaming mice have seen some impressive improvements. From inner components to the outer shell, many aspects of the Model O and Model I series have been innovated for this next generation.

Improved Features

First of all, the optical sensor. Each mouse is equipped with the Glorious BAMF 2.0 sensor, capable of reaching up to 26,000 DPI. It has a tracking speed of 650 IPS and a maximum acceleration of 50G. All of this equates to one heckin’ accurate mouse. This sensor will track your movements and recreate them on screen with pixel precision. Perfect for all your fast-paced, highly competitive gaming.

Next, the main left and right buttons are equipped with Glorious Switches, rated for 80 million clicks. With such incredible longevity, these gaming mice will be a staple of your gaming arsenal for many years to come.

An aesthetic upgrade next: the iconic Glorious honeycomb. On the Model O 2 and the Model I 2, the honeycomb is present, but with smaller cut-outs. They retain that classic Glorious style, whilst still being a fresh approach to the overall look. Plus, it still perfectly showcases the RGB lighting!

Finally, the overall structure has been improved for added longevity and durability. These innovations have not come at the cost of weight or speed. In fact, all three of these gaming mice are incredibly lightweight! The Model O 2 Wired is the lightest at 59g, the Wireless version weighs in at 68g, and the Model I 2 is just 75g.

Model O 2 Gaming Mouse

Whilst they share the same core components, there are some distinct differences between these gaming mice.

The Glorious Model O 2 utilises an ambidextrous shell, symmetrical in its design. Adorning it are six buttons, including a DPI switch and the scroll wheel. The main distinction for this series is that there are two models available: a wired and a wireless version.

The Model O 2 Wired connects to your computer via a Glorious Ascended USB-A to USB-C cable. At 2m long, this cable is practically weightless and creates very little drag during use. With its 1ms polling rate, this provides incredibly reliable connectivity and negates the worry of low battery.

The Model O 2 Wireless, on the other hand, can connect to your gaming PC in three ways. First option is 2.4GHz wireless, via an included dongle. This mode facilitates a battery life of 110 hours as well as low latency connectivity. Next option is Bluetooth 5.2. Whilst 110 hours is an impressive battery life, with Bluetooth this extends to 210 hours! Finally, when battery does finally run low, you can connect via a Glorious Ascended USB-A to USB-C charging cable. These connectivity modes can be toggled using the switch on the mouse’s underside.

Model I 2 Gaming Mouse

The Model I 2 Wireless utilises a larger shell, with a sculpted thumb rest for ergonomic support. Additionally, this gaming mouse sports a total of nine buttons – two of which can be swapped out! The third side button and larger pad can be removed with the included tool and replaced with any of the additional seven magnetic buttons. Adjust to suit your playstyle and hand shape!

Additionally, the Model I 2 is only available in wireless, connecting over 2.4GHz, Bluetooth 5.2, or USB charging cable. Like the Model O 2, it has a 110-hour and a 210-hour battery life, respectively. Once again, you can toggle between modes with the switch on the bottom of the mouse.

Shared Features

Of course, there are more features all these gaming mice share. To start with, both the Model O 2 and Model I 2 sport beautifully vivid RGB lighting, in the full 16.8 million colours. Next, all of the buttons can be remapped, utilising Glorious CORE software. The Model I 2 can be programmed with up to sixteen functions. Plus, both gaming mice series have onboard storage with support for up to three profiles. Create a profile for your FPS games, another for your MOBA titles, and even one to support your workflow!

Finally, helping you to glide across your mouse mat, these gaming mice are equipped with Glorious G-Skates. Manufactured from 100% pure PTFE, these skates are frictionless yet highly durable.
