Vault Tec’s S.P.E.C.I.A.L. character system makes a return, featuring brand-new breakthroughs and abilities which allow you to customise every aspect of your character to suit your gameplay style, with plenty of unique perks and skills to choose from! What’s more, your Pip-Boy Model 3000 is armed with plenty of incredible weaponry, including the new Vault-Tec Assisted Targeting System (V.A.T.S.).
