Vista & AVG - False positive?

I am randomly getting a warning about tsad.dll from AVG.

It says its in the Windows folder. Adaware, does not find it, Spybot does not find it, Windows defender does not find it, but AVG does. I am fully up to date, and in the end I forced it to the virus vault.

It tells me its generic spyware.

Google did not turn up anything convincing, and I have none of the software its supposedly linked to. I am running Vista Business on a Dell laptop. Can anyone shed any light on this or confirm for me if they have this file in the Windows folder? (Not system32)

:)

It's not in my windows folder, and a quick search in google....

here

Maybe try an online virus/spyware scan. Housecall might work, someone can probably suggest something better though, I haven't used one in a while.

Yeah, I noticed it doesn't mention vista, but I think the behaviour of the program suggests it doesn't know the difference i.e. it's in the /Windows folder.
