This adapter from Akasa redirects an HDMI signal to a DVI-D port. There is on the one side an HDMI port while on the other side is a DVI-D connector (24 + 1 pins). Both contacts are gold-plated to ensure optimum signal transmission.

The adapter has a flexible hinge in the center and is therefore ideal for use on displays that are mounted close to the wall to avoid excessive stress and kinking of signal cables.
