Take on the ultimate keyboard project with the Ducky ProjectD Tinker75 Barebone Keyboard. The keyboard for enthusiasts, the ProjectD Tinker75 requires full assembly, from backplate to bezel. Whilst no keycaps or switches are included, this barebones keyboard is equipped with hot-swapping technology and supports QMK/VIA functionality. Craft your perfect mechanical gaming keyboard.
For robust construction, the Ducky ProjectD Tinker75 Barebone Keyboard is manufactured from premium quality materials. Each layer has been carefully selected to provide a better typing experience whilst still offering customisation.
The casing is manufactured from durable ABS plastic, providing a solid frame to encase the rest of the components. Next, the baseplate is manufactured from FR-4, a laminate-grade glass epoxy. It is a versatile thermoset plastic that has a high stiffness to weight ratio. A rubber gasket is utilised for mounting switches. To cushion the switches as you type is a layer of Poron foam, providing a dampening effect to soften the click and exceptional typing feel.
The gasket mount facilitates incredible compatibility when it comes to installing switches into the Ducky ProjectD Tinker75. Plus, with the 5-pin hot-swappable PCB, you can change out your switches to craft a fine-tuned feedback for your needs. Plus, screw-in PCB stabilisers are included to prevent any wobble.
Adding a splash of colour, south-facing RGB LEDs are integrated into the design. Your keys will be beautifully backlit by vibrant lighting.
The Ducky ProjectD Tinker75 sports a 75% form factor. This is a TKL keyboard with a dedicated F-key row but no numpad. Keys can be arranged in ANSI or ISO layouts, depending on your preference.
The Ducky ProjectD Tinker75 Barebone Keyboard is available with a black top frame and white bottom frame, creating a stunning contrast for the foundation to your dream mechanical keyboard.
The Ducky ProjectD Tinker75 Barebone Keyboard includes everything you need to engineer the perfect mechanical keyboard. This includes the inner materials, such as the gasket and bottom plate, as well as the outer aluminium casing. You assemble everything from the inner workings to the three-stage stand. The tools required for assembly are also included, such as a switch puller and keycap puller.
