These have been crafted with a click bar design, high actuation force, yet short travel distance to create a responsive and precise switch for gaming. Utilising the 5-pin mounting style and cross stem, these switches are compatible with most hotswap mechanical keyboards and MX keycap sets.
The Glorious Raptor Switches have a clicky feedback. Their overall design has been to optimise this click experience, as well as provide next-level responsiveness and precise feedback when gaming. Instead of the standard click jacket, Raptor switches have a click bar design, which produces crisper, louder clicks on both press and release. They have a high actuation force of 55g, 70g to bottom out, paired with a 1.8mm pre- and 3.9mm total travel. As a result, you can enjoy a unique typing experience in both work and play.
To provide a responsive and precise feedback, the Glorious Raptor Switches have been engineered with tight manufacturing tolerances and premium build materials. As such, every click is incredibly consistent and there is no key wobble.
Each material has been globally sourced. The stem is made from POM, whilst the top and bottom housing are polycarbonate and Nylon PA12, respectively. To enhance durability, the spring is nickel-plated stainless steel, and the contacts are electroplated copper. What’s more, each switch is pre-lubricated to ensure every key press is consistent, smooth, and scratch-free out of the box.
The Glorious Raptor Switches utilise the standard 5-pin PCB mounting design with a cross stem. As such, they have extensive compatibility with hot-swapping mechanical keyboards and MX keycaps. In addition to this, the top and bottom housing are transparent to enable RGB lighting to shine through as brightly as possible. There are thirty-six pieces in this packet.
