With the Kailh switches, Glorious has developed interchangeable key switches for its GMMK (Glorious Modular Mechanical Keyboard). There they are particularly easy to use, but they can of course be used on other keyboards or DIY projects.
The Kailh switches are compatible with SMD LEDs and can be illuminated through the transparent housing. Through the MX (+) port, the switches can also be used in keyboards equipped with Cherry MX switches. To ensure the highest possible compatibility, Cherry MX Keycaps are also compatible. With a lifetime of 70 million attacks, the Kailh switches are extremely durable.
The speed switches from Kailh are characterized by their particularly low triggering height, which enables extremely fast multiple clicks. The Kailh Speed Bronze button switches also give a distinctively audible click sound when pressed. Thanks to this combination, the Bronze Switches enable extremely fast multi-triggering, as the user receives an acoustic feedback when triggering. To trigger a striking trigger weight of 40 grams is needed, which gives them a higher error tolerance compared to other Kailh Speed switches. In addition, these keys are also very good for writing.
