Bring next-generation performance to your Heusinkveld Sim Pedals Ultimate, with the Heusinkveld Sim Pedals Ultimate Upgrade Kit. With this upgrade kit, you can turn your Ultimate pedal set into an Ultimate+ pedal set. This brings support for SmartControl Live software, updated elastomers, and more to your pedal set for more responsive and accurate performance.
The Heusinkveld Sim Pedals Ultimate Upgrade Kit allows you to modify the original Ultimate pedal set and bring its performance in-line with the latest Ultimate+ pedal set. There are two versions of the classic Ultimate pedal set, and both are compatible with the upgrade kit.
The Ultimate pedal sets sold between mid-2014 and 2021 can utilise this kit with no further moderations, as they include RJ-plugs. Pedal sets sold between late-2013 and early-2014 do not include these plugs and require you to crimp RJ9 plugs onto the pedal wires, to allow support for SmartControl Live software. Please note, neither the plugs nor crimping tool are included in this kit.
The Heusinkveld Sim Pedals Ultimate Upgrade Kit provides everything you need to update your Ultimate pedal sets. This includes a USB controller, rubber stack elastomers, knurled knob, and slide bearings on spring rod pivots. Each component elevates the pedal set to Ultimate+ performance levels.
USB Controller: Fully EMC tested and compliant, this controller allows the pedal set to be adjusted and configured utilising SmartControl Live software. Create custom curve outputs and save profiles for all your different racing sim needs.
Full rubber stack assembly: This upgrade kit has six brake stacks made from a proprietary elastomer. They come in three set lengths and varied stiffnesses, so you can configure the perfect progressive brake feel for your set up. This assembly kit also has a new rod, back plate, back plate bearing, and discs included.
Knurled knob: The knurled knob allows for adjustments to the brake preload.
The controller box and part of the rubber stack assembly come pre-assembled. All other components come as individual pieces and you are required to integrate them with the Ultimate pedal set. Heusinkveld has created an installation video guide (external link) for you to follow. All the necessary tools are included.
