The Hunter returns. With upgraded hardware and aesthetics, the Infin8 Hunter MK2 is a sight to behold. Building on the machine we know and love, this second generation Infin8 PC utilises the same framework: dual-pump cooling, pre-binned CPU, and titan-class graphics. As a result, we have a phenomenal, overclocked gaming PC that is primed to handle 4K gaming, 3D rendering, and VR.
The Infin8 Hunter MK2 is an utter powerhouse. Each component has been cherry-picked to facilitate cohesive and outstanding performance. Providing the foundation is a Gigabyte Z790 Aorus Master motherboard, compatible with 14th gen Intel and supporting DDR5 RAM.
At its heart, the Infin8 Hunter MK2 utilises a pre-binnedIntel Core i9-14900K processor. This processor has twenty four cores, 8 P-cores and 16 E-cores, making 32 threads. As this CPU has been pre-binned to optimise performance, our resident World record holding Pro Overclockers will be able to tune this system to astonishing speeds.
For graphics, the Infin8 Hunter MK2 is equipped with a titan-class GPU. The Nvidia RTX 4090 graphics card has 24GB of GDDR6X memory, Fourth-gen ray-tracing, and Tensor cores. This GPU can expertly render your graphics, whether gaming or editing, in hyper-realistic quality. All thanks to NVIDIA’s Ada Lovelace architecture. Vertically mounted, you can easily admire this flagship-class graphics card.
Finally, to keep workflows swift and efficient, this gaming PC utilises 32GB dual-channel DDR5 RAM. Operating at frequencies of 6000MHz, this memory kit is equipped with the very latest DDR standard. As such, you benefit from all the efficient and performative innovations that comes with the bleeding edge of technology. Additionally, you have options to upgrade the RAM capacity should you need.
As the Infin8 Hunter MK2 is packed with premium hardware, it needs a thermal solution to match. Much like its original counterpart, this gaming PC utilises a custom-built, dual-pump water-cooling system. Manufactured with components from EK Water Blocks, Phanteks, and Corsair, the Infin8 Hunter MK2 is equipped with a highly efficient cooling loop that is also a work of art.
This system utilises two D5 pumps, chosen for their reliable flow. These double up as reservoirs, illuminated by RGB lighting to showcase the bold-coloured coolants. The coolant is fed throughout the system with hard tubing. Both the CPU and GPU harness the cooling power of water blocks, whilst all heat is exhausted from the system via one of the two radiators. A 360mm, triple-fan radiator is mounted to the ceiling, with a 480mm, quad-fan radiator installed in the second chamber. These radiators come from the Corsair Hydo X series, chosen for their high-performance cooling.
To help with the natural airflow of the Infin8 Hunter MK2, it is equipped with eight premium-grade Noctua PWM 120mm fans. These can be configured utilising the intuitive Aqua Computer Aquero 6 LT fan controller, adjusting speeds to suit workloads.
As with all Infin8 PCs, a bold aesthetic is to be expected. The water-cooling loop already makes the Infin8 Hunter MK2 look phenomenal, but the addition of RGB lighting accentuates this system. The distro plates have been completely redesigned, to feature an LED strip shining on each fluid channel. Beautifully illuminating, this futuristic circuit-style look really pops.
Keeping the Infin8 Hunter MK2 running is a Seasonic Vertex GX-1200. Producing 1200W of power, this PSU has plenty of headroom for all these premium components. Additionally, it has been awarded an 80 PLUS Platinum rating for efficiency, 92% at half load. So, it won't be taxing on your utilities!
Finally, the Infin8 Hunter MK2’s powerhouse prowess extends to its storage solution. This gaming PC is equipped with two PCIE Gen 4 NMVe SSDs, combining for 2TB of space. This SSD has lightning-fast read and write speeds, significantly reducing loading times, as well as providing ample storage for your entire gaming library. What’s more, there are flexible storage options should you require more from the Infin8 Hunter MK2.
