Poor quality USB-C port
by ChrisOne of the main reasons I opted for this specific monitor over another ultrawide is its USB-C thunderbolt port so I could get charging, external display, and USB peripherals all over one cable. Just after a year of having owned it the connection stopped working, only supplying power. I've finally got round to troubleshooting it and have discovered the connector is loose internally, as the display appears if I hold the cable at a certain angle in the port. Even that has stopped working now so the port is largely useless to me. It shouldn't be possible for the connector to become detached like this. The cable itself has been yanked a couple of times while in the monitor, but such an expensive monitor should have the port itself secured in a way that prevents it.
