The 17 AWG Black of the modding specialist MDPC-X, which has grown up with high-quality sleeves, shines with a high cross-section with a low outside diameter. This results in a lower electrical resistance, less heating and better dimensional stability compared to other switching strands.

The twisted 17-AWG Black cable is made of 100% tinned copper and has a large inner ring to prevent deformation. With an outer diameter of just 2.0 mm, MDPC-X squeezes German-made 17-AWG stranded wires into an 18 AWG cable. With the same outer diameter thus achieves a larger inner cross-section. For example, the cable cord can be used with the connectors of SATA cables in the PC that use 18 AWG cables.
