The TechForge Synthwave is packed with cutting-edge technology to deliver the very best performance. Its foundation is the ASUS ROG Strix Z890-F Motherboard, providing a platform for DDR5 memory, PCIe 5.0, and the latest Intel Core Ultra processors.
For the TechForge Synthwave, our team of tech experts opted for the Intel Core Ultra 9 285K CPU. Built using the same innovative hybrid core architecture, this Arrow Lake processor has twenty-four cores (8P and 16E) and twenty-four threads with single core boost speeds up to 5.7GHz. What’s more, this CPU features a dedicated NPU which has been optimised to handle demanding AI workflows from programmes such as OpenVINO or WindowsML. By adding this hardware, the CPU can more efficiently manage all your work loads.
To enhance your gaming, the TechForge Synthwave is equipped with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080 Super GPU. This high-end graphics card is primed to deliver 4K gaming with smooth frame rates thanks to the innovative Ada Lovelace architecture. Plus, with third-gen RT and four-gen Tensor cores, your games will be rendered with photo-realistic lighting and crisp detail. Alternatively, you have configurable options and can choose the GPU to match your gaming requirements.
The TechForge Synthwave is equipped with 64GB 6000MHz DDR5 RAM, with vibrant RGB lighting to complement the aesthetic. This memory solution will keep operations incredibly efficient, leaving you free to focus on the game at hand. What’s more, the RAM is configurable, meaning you can choose from alternative capacities to better suit your needs.
The TechForge Synthwave Gaming PC is a work of art. Housed in a Phanteks NV7 PC case, the tempered glass front and side panels offer a panoramic view of the interior hardware and RGB lighting. These panels have also been printed with a custom geometric design and starry sky, thanks to our in-house printing services. Tying the whole aesthetic together, the OcUK logo is depicted in blue and purple to match the smooth techno vibes.
To provide an efficient thermal solution, the TechForge Sythnwave is equipped with a full suite of Phanteks D30 fans and arranged to optimise airflow. These fans are thicker than standard PC case fans, which improves their performance whilst remaining whisper quiet. Additionally, there is a dedicated Phanteks D30 360mm AIO to cool the Intel Core Ultra 9 285K CPU. Each of these fans sports vibrant RGB lighting to complement the overall synth-style aesthetic.
To power the TechForge Synthwave, this gaming PC utilises a Phanteks AMP GH 1000W PSU which has an 80 PLUS Platinum rating for efficiency. This delivers ample power to the hardware whilst providing plenty of headroom for upgrades or overclocking.
Finally, the TechForge Synthwave features a WD SN850X 2TB NVMe SSD for storage. Utilising PCIe 4.0 technology, this SSD has read and write speeds of up to 7300MB/s and 6600MB/s.
