The hydraulic bearing , which reduces friction noises to a minimum, and the rubber decouplers in the fan frame guarantee whisper-quiet operation, even in the low speed range. The Raijintek SKLERA 12 RBW ADD generates a maximum noise level of 28 decibels under full load .
