Case fans generally come in two core sizes including 120mm and 140mm versions. Apart from the fan diameter and location of the holes to attach to the chassis both are pretty much the same. Occasionally cases have a front or top 200mm - 230mm fan but with manufacturers producing more slim and sleek case designs, the larger fans are getting integrated less.
