These thin cables are a well kept secret. You won't find thinner cables for SFF builds. No sleeving, no unnecessary enlarged connector. They can be trained to route a certain way, although get it right the first time since the cable is more fragile than full sleeved SATA cables. Also be sure to check the length, they are shorter than you might think.
Good for builds with limited space, easy to cable manage.
I actually purchased these accidentally, I wasn't expecting slims, but they are nice, they do the job, so far no SATA connectivity issues. Little short for routing from bottom of mobo through to rear top of a ATX case.
