I recommend using 3200MHz or 3600MHz 8Pack edition team group 16GB memory kits with Ryzen. I've tested this in both X470 and X570 platforms and both show excellent results with tight CAS timings. Writing this review rather late as I bought this many years ago, but it's worth noting that it's still a great CPU.
Good performance for the price, runs a tad hot but other than that no complaints!
Compare 3700x vs 3800x, 3700x is much better value.
