Finance available from Great card, poor drivers
by Laura GuernionThe b580 has excellent performance for its value. However, since i bought it, this card has increased in value twice when it started at £259.99. The other issue is that driver support currently is still poor, especially as it causes problems in some games. I have experienced crashes on some games, and on others massive stuttering problems caused by cpu overhead problems. I did actually notice however that the card ran better after closing discord. I know discord has been known to cause cpu usage problems, but to the extent ive seen on this card, I doubt that is the only reason. For anyone unsure whether to go the intel route I'd suggest firstly waiting for the prices to go back towards msrp. Not only are you paying too much, but here the 4060 is roughly the same price and doesnt have driver issues, so its only really worthwhile when at the same price.
