I upgraded from an MSI 1070 that I got in 2016. So far,I'm gobsmacked at the massive uplift in FPS and can now enable Ray tracing. I was a bit wary using a old (but gold rated) 650W psu, but using the provided adapter for 2 8 pins to the 12HPWVR connector and double checking everything was connected snug and securely. So far it's running like a dream, solid 120FPS in FF7R and 145-160 in Witcher 3 (RT enabled) at 1440P. Here's hoping this will last me 8 years as well.
