This is a great board with many features. Works really well if you pair with ROG AIO cooler and case etc.
Super easy to customise and overclock with. Intel 12900KS out of the box with AI overclock turned on, pushed it straight to 5.7GHZ and i'm sure manually tweaking will take it further.
The board has plenty of accessories with it, and supports m.2 if you want (in raid if you really want). The LCD colour and effect is customisable, as is the option to turn it off on standby. Wifi 6 (even if you don't have a wifi 6 router) is very very quick.
I only had one issue with a new build. I couldn't get any display on first boot from onboard (7F error), or even when i added an external GPU. I ended up flashing the bios to the latest version (super easy on this board without a display) and got into the bios and was away with OS install.
I think maybe this was because the default on the bios is to halt until f1 in error. Which meant with the new hardware it might have been waiting for that. (Guessing as after the bios and I did get video output and warning me to press F1 to confirm processor change). So if you get stuck on first boot with no video, try F1 as it might save a bios flash :)
bios support is poor, ddr5 support is poor
by a decent board but be aware of memory and bios issues

This is a great board, but the bios support sadly for this Generation with DDR5 is poor, we are now months in and my board still will not supprot foursticks of RAM , it just wont boot, this has been covered by all the big youtubers and frankly it dissapoints me and this is a first with Asus kit.
Im now leanign towards looking at other brands next time i think.
Until a bios update ocmes to enable four sticks of RAM to run at XMP im stuck with 32GB and 32GB stuck in my top drawer which frankly annoys me.
The current latest bios is version 1003, but when i install it, my GPU goes into limp mode, im running an Asus Strix 3090 OC so it shouldnt do that.
Ive tried everything and every setting - it is an issue with the 1003 bios, so im still stuck using 811
I expect better from Asus, but they havent really delivered yet on this 12th Gen
Do better Asus
