I bought the 240mm variant and I owned the version without RGB for 1 year and I must say is very effective cool and silent.
Easy to assemble and fit, looks great and most importantly dropped the temp of my CPU dramatically after recent upgrades, it ran very hot indeed, now? Cucumbers are envious. Highly recommend if you have the room in your case.
