Decent but???
by Chris KeatsOverall I’m now happy with this power supply it’s silent as I have yet to hear the fan spool up had a couple of weeks now quality seems good although one of the 600w pci leads doesn’t work and gave me grief fault finding for a good few hours luckily there’s two and my graphics card 4080 super was powered on but there was no display changed the cable and all good also I have a be quiet case dark base 900v2 and that’s a whole different headache you would think a be quiet power supply would fit in a massive be quiet case but you will need a different back plate from be quiet it’s a be quiet c19/20 back plate cover which I was unaware of until I was installing the power supply reason being this new power supply has a bigger than normal hefty 3 pin connector going from the wall plug to the power supply but with this case the 3 pin lead goes straight to the case and not the power supply and this thicker lead does not fit the case then theres internal wires in the case that then go to the power supply so it all has to removed and a new back plate installed so you can now connect it as normal without be quiets internal method but I can’t knock the power supply for this only for the faulty pci 600w otherwise I would give it 5 stars
