Are the ear pads and dongle replaceable?
For the GSP 670, the ear pads are replaceable with GSA 601 and GSA 671 – both can be purchased from our website.
What is the battery life of the headset?
The GSP 670 features a 20-hour battery. Please note, that the battery of the GSP 670 is not replaceable.
Is the volume wheel synchronized with Windows?
The GSP 670 features two volume wheels – the audio volume wheel is dedicated to adjusting the sound level of your game audio. The chat volume wheel, however, serves to adjust the audio level of the in-game conversations.
Is the microphone replaceable?
The microphones of all our headsets are neither detachable nor replaceable. If your microphone breaks before the expiration of the 2-year warranty period, we will send you a new headset free of charge – this does, however, depend on the cause of the damage.
Does the headset turn off automatically when not in use?
This headset features Intelligent Battery Management, making sure that the headset turns off when not in use. The headset goes into sleep mode in two cases:
1. Lack of audio signal: if the audio signal is not detected, the headset will go to sleep mode after not gaming for 10 seconds.
2. Lack of movement: if the headset does not detect movement for 60 seconds, it will go into sleep mode.
Please note, that this feature must be activated in the EPOS Gaming Suite.
The automatic turn-off saves battery and the headset will turn back on automatically once in use again – either by detecting signal or movement.
Does the headset come with its own software?
Our wireless headsets come with the EPOS Gaming Suite, which is available to download on our website. The EPOS Gaming Suite allows for customization of the sound with regards to 2.0 stereo/7.1 surround sound adjustment, equalizer settings, reverberation, voice enhancement, side tone, noise gate, and much more.
Please note, that the EPOS Gaming Suite only is available on PC (Windows 10).
What platforms is the headset compatible with?
The GSP 670 is compatible with PC, PS4, mobile/tablet, and Mac OSX. The headset only works with mobile/tablet via Bluetooth. Please note, that surround sound and other features like equalizer settings only are available on PC.
Can I pick up calls with this headset?

If the GSP 670 is connected to your phone with Bluetooth while connected to your PC/console, the headset will let you know when you receive a call by stopping the game audio and letting you hear the phone ringing. Once you finish your call, game audio will automatically switch back on again.
