A beast of a card quiet and cool , very happy with my purchase
This is definitely a beast of a card! Don’t waste your money on a more expensive model. This is very well built, includes a stand-off, is quiet & runs cool. I think it looks good too. If you use the included utility, you can save the RGB setting to the card and then you don’t need to run the utility. Recommend under volting ,a few tweaks in afterburner and I’m saving 70 W with no impact on performance. Running with Ryzen 7 7800X3D and 870W PSU.
Its a beast of a card no questions about that! Cheapest, best bang for your pounds entry to a 4090 , and its worth the price! if you can afford it. I was eyeing the 4080 quite some time, but a good quality one almost 1.5k... so and half of the specs of a 4090, so it was and easy buy for me. Of course not the best of the best AIB but for price unbeatable, doesn't have fancy oc switches or dual bios or any kind of "gimmick" just chuck it in the rig and never touch if 3-4 years this is for you. Lets clear out the PSU chuds out there! YOU DONT NEED 1000W POWERSUPPLY, of course if you got like a high end overclocked (ryzen9, i9, etc.) system you might need it, but then you don't buy this 4090 anyways. Got Corsair RM750X and got 0 problems with it! Recommends 850W and its more then enough for daily use, if you don't run synthetic cpu+gpu benchmark all day everyday YOU DONT NEED 1000W. What i recommend to buy the "12VHPWR Type 4" cable from corsair i don't trust the "pigtails" for a 4090. !Extra 10 pound investment! So if you random Joe like me, just want crank up all the game settings to Ultra and let the card shine its self, buy this card! Cyberpunk runs 130fps maxed out everything in 2k resolution, never going more than 55-60C. If you buy this card, going to get is no bell and whistles 4090 runs everything on max, "small" form factor, sag bracket (easy to instal), light rgb, non gameri stealthy look, experts tools software you can control everything, just download from Gainward.
