Has DSC always on - you cannot switch it off. Does NOT WORK properly with NVIDIA cards - 1 monitor uses up most of the graphics cards headers - so multi monitor setups are maxed out quickly. 1 card can run 2 monitors at most - which is NO GOOD for a multi monitor user myself. Monitors are not worth the money - massively infuriating about DSC, go buy an oled where DSC can be turned off!
This is my first experience with QD-OLED coming from the LG 27GR95QE, so I'll just note off what I've noticed. I game in the evenings or at minimum, a light controlled room, so the magenta tint/raised blacks are a non-issue when I'm gaming. It's glossy so there is no grain when bright highlights are showing and the grey uniformity on this display is also just phenomenal. VRR flicker is barely noticeable for me (where it was on occasion with the LG). I did cap the screen to 240hz just because the SP games I play don't really go beyond that at max settings. The monitor also had the latest firmware, but it's simple enough to do through Gigabyte's website. Speakers are good, or at least clear but I prefer my headset (sound quality is just cleaner). Overall, happy customer.
i have had the personal pleasure of using 3 different QD-Oleds and this is the best of the bunch cannot recommend it enough
