I disagree with RJC above. I wouldn't expect a good outcome from dropping one, on to ceramic tiles. Its anti-shock, not anti-drop. Shocks are little jolts, the rough and tumble of jostling around in your bag as you walk. They are great if you have spare HDDs lying around that just need protecting.
Hmmm, not not that impressed

Initially I was very impressed with these boxes as I own 10 of the little buggers.I am now however not that infused.REASONDropped one yesterday (containing a 2TB drive) on ceramic tiles. Guess what? You guessed it, it snapped the lid and the drive has not survived its G-Shock.So the claim of anti-shock is not quite what it says on the tin.Should have carpeting throughout, the drive may have survived, maybe even the box.Back to cardboard boxes and foam for me, cheap as they come with the drive when new.Regards
