285K has teething pains, but shows promise

by 4-star for CPU, 5-star for OCUK star star star star star

Upgraded from my 2020 10900K build to the 285K. Initially had some rough going, but with BIOS updates (MSI ACE Z890) and really fast RAM (g.skill CUDIMM DDR5 9000M/T) this CPU is starting to show where Intel is headed. Using same 4090 GPU, I have increased 3dMark scores 50-70% depending on the bench. Having two PCIe5 NVMe SSD's is also really nice. As usual, OCUK was the best source for the hard-to-find CPU. Great communication and super-fast delivery.
