MMMmmm!!!! I HAVE MIXED OPINIONS, COULD BE BETTER.
by YorkiePaulSo... I picked up one of these today, after reading the reviews and watching a couple of tinterweb vids. It will do it's job to a certain degree (hence only 4 stars). The build quality is very good, with a rubbery type texture that gives a good grip, and has a decent length of power cord. The included brushes are a added bonus, they will come in handy for agitating/loosening dust on fan blades. It has no problem removing loose/fine surface dust that the inlet fans suck into every tower, but thats about it. The main reason I bought this blower, was to remove fine dust from the fan grills/mesh, and even though it removes the thicker of the dust, it WILL NOT remove the fine dust all together, it will still leave what I call a (dust stain) the size of your fans. I am not happy with this, as I like the mesh to be perfectly clean (as new), so it looks like I'll still be using the (Karcher) on the mesh grills to get them 100% clean again. I will admit... my tower is a (Corsair iCUE 5000D RGB AIRFLOW Mid-Tower Case) and the mesh is very very fine, so even though it is doing it's job, this duster has limits to what it will remove, maybe I expected too much. The other thing that I think could be improved on is.... the on/off power switch. Even though it has 2 speeds, you have to constantly press on the switch for it to work, would be much better if you could just switch it on or off without having to keep pressing/holding it on. I was going to give it 3 stars, but that would be unfair, as the build quality is excellent (time will tell).
