I ended up using this in my system because ASUS' Aura Sync is full of bugs. If you just want pretty simple uniform lighting, this little gadget plus a basic a ARGB hub frankly do the job much better than £200 Mobo.
Due to the crazily thin RGB pins on my motherboard and my heavy handed self, I snapped my pins months ago and my Aio and fans have just been dull leaving my case looking soooo bland, I thought my only option was to get a new motherboard which i was prepared to do but then i found this and although i cant control it through my motherboard, its a small price to pay to avoid spending hundreds on a MB. Easy to set up, powers all my RGB and has some good colour options. If youre in my situation 100% get it, great value for money.
