Checked in few games Like Escape from Tarkov/Dota2/Fortnite/ hunt showdown. Temperature was always less than 60 degrees. On ultras 1440. Very silent
Needed to replace a dying rx580 and after doing a bit of searching I settled on the rx6800xt, for the price it's an amazing bit of kit. Going from 70+ FPS in games like warzone and tarkov with the old card to over 175fps @ 1080p/240Hz it's a massive difference in both quality and performance. It is a chunker of a card approx 32cm long and weighs an absolute ton, thank god a bracket is included to help keep it stable, also unlike most cards that use 2 - 8pin power connectors, this has 3 - 8pin connections to fill so be warned and be prepared to buy a PSU with the required cables or a splitter to get it powered. Running 3d mark for benchmarks it's close and sometimes beats a rtx3080. I'm very impressed with this card, a worthy, long overdue purchase.
