Have had this chair for just over 3 years, the attachment between the chair and the wheels has completely sheared off from normal use and I am now without a chair.
I have had this chair for a couple of the years, everything about it is great including the warrenty period, the gas strut has failed on me 4 times now I am not a heavy / large person I don't jump up and down and swing on this chair I use it for light gaming and work It has failed again but I don't want to raise it as a issue again because its becoming annoying not only for me but for the overclockers team, and each time I have to hammer the old gas strut out the chair to get the new one in If the gas strut was reviewed or changed to a stronger one this chair would get 5 stars from me
Wanted to follow up with a review after the chairs had some good use. Had it a little over 2.5 years now. Fabric, arms and move able parts all holding up okay. The issue is the gas strut has now fallen out of the bottom of the base and is trailing on the floor, this obv stops any chair movement and means the chair is now several inches shorter. It's also causing a lot of movement with the base so the chair is almost unusable. Will attempt a replacement part/fix or replace ASAP.
