Amazing Service, superb chair

My current chair decided to retire on Wednesday, so a lot of quick researching brought me to the Noble Hero, decided to order yesterday 12th May at 14:30, it arrived today 13th May at 11:15, i didn't realise it was next day delivery until I got an email at 15:45 saying it had been shipped, I was very impressed. Took just on 30mins to build and immediately you can tell the quality, it is rock solid. Everything is easy to adjust and the seat is firm but not uncomfortable, sure it will 'give' a bit after some use. I am 75kg & 174cm and on the lowest setting my feet just manage to be flat on the floor.

Fantastic, classy chair. I love it.

I've put together a few of these chairs before so I only glanced at the instructions but they're very detailed and show all the steps in clear detail. The complete chair build took me less than half an hour from unboxing to completion and I must say that I love the look of this chair, it's very classy. With all the available adjustments, it was very easy for my daughter to set the chair up as she liked it and she's already finding it very comfortable. It's going to get a lot of use and it's good to know that the white chair is a special wipe-clean material so when it gets grubby, it'll just be a case of using a slightly damp cloth to wipe it down. Like previous chairs I've had, this has a lovely 'new car' smell, it's like getting into a new car each time she sits in it. I like the arm rests being black rather than white as it adds a nice contrast. It's also worth noting that the armrests have additional movement as well as those offered by the rests themselves. Where they bolt into the base of the chair, there's a good inch of available movement each side so they can be taken in our out a bit. The PU leather is on par with the other Noble chairs I've got and feels very plush, by far the best of the non-real leather materials I've experienced on any other chairs. The bottom line, if you're looking for a good, solid, comfortable chair with loads of adjustments and a nice new car smell then you really can't go wrong with a Noble Hero chair (especially if you've got a big arse :D)
