Good quality, but not whisper quiet

After my existing fans started getting noisy (golf ball with red leds) decided to opt for some better quality ones, so went for these.I've used noctua fans on heatsinks before and they have been great, quiet too so was expecting the same of these, especially since I went for the lower rpm version. However, if attached to the case with standard fan screws they make a lot of noise even at slow speeds, probably amplified by the case. Managed to scrounge up some noctua rubber mounting pegs from earlier buys (these are bare bones and don't come with any) which has helped a lot but the noise is still there, whereas the old fans you couldn't hear a thing on low speeds even when using fan screws.I may be rather picky, but since my GFX card and PSU fans switch off on low load, and my cpu heatsink is large enough to have a 120mm fan on low the sound is noticeable. They are well built fans though, but if you want a really quiet case suggest either a different fan or purchase some isolater pads or similar to reduce the motor noise.
Quiet...AT LAST!

The title says it all. Whisper quiet, even at full tilt these are the fans I've been hunting for to fully round off my liquid loop. So far I've tried 'quiet' fans from several makers, only to be disappointed by clicks, whines or excessive blade noise, often at quite low speeds. These are very different, even screwed directly to my chassis with no anti vibration measures at all they are very, very quiet and seem to shift a decent amount of air. As a Redux version they come with just 4 mounting screws and the fan in the (very nice) packaging while the cables are cleanly wrapped and a good length although the wrap does not extend to the full length it would be easy to hide the short unbraided part close to the fan frame. . So what's bad?The colours are a little bland and there's no LED options out of the box but since my case has JUST enough space between the plastic front and the steel internals to mount them, they're invisible anyway so I won't deduct any Brownie Points for the dull colours.
