- Multiple vouchers can be ordered.
- One voucher code will be issued per order.
- Please ensure the Gift Voucher is the only item in your basket when ordering.
- If you wish to order a voucher with a value not available please add multiple vouchers to your basket; E.G. 2x £20 vouchers will be issued as a £40 voucher, 1x £50 voucher and 1x £100 voucher will be issued as one £150 voucher.
- Once your order has passed our security validation, you will receive an email with a link to a page to view your voucher.
Terms and Conditions
- Change will not be given but if the order value is less than the voucher value, a credit will be issued to the customers account for any remaining difference.
- No cash alternative will be offered.
- Voucher will be valid for 24 months from date of issue.
Using your voucher
- For security reasons, your voucher will not be emailed but a link to a page to view it will be, you can also see the voucher in your order history on your account page.
- When using a voucher continuing to the confirmation page adds it to your account, you can do this multiple times to add several vouchers to your account and then finish the checkout to pay.
- To view what vouchers have been added to your account see the credits page on your account page, this will only appear after you have used a voucher.
