With the SST-ES02-PCIE , Silverstone presents a practical wireless remote control , which allows a PC to be switched on or restarted remotely. Depending on the environment, a range of up to 20 meters can be achieved in the 2.4 GHz frequency band .
To install the remote control, insert the corresponding adapter into a PCIe connector on the mainboard and connect it to the corresponding pin headers "POWER SW" and "RESET SW".
The integrated loudspeaker gives an acoustic feedback when using the remote control. Thanks to the optional low profile PCI slot bracketThe remote control can also be accommodated in narrow HTPC enclosures.
