it does what I want it to do

put this gpu in an all-new build with ryzen 5 5600 cpu, id-cooling se224 white rgb air cooler, 2x8gb corsair 3600 speed ddr4ram, msi b550-a pro mobo, corsair mp600 500gb nvme m.2 gen 4 speed, montech xr case. NOT used for any type of gaming (although I suspect it would be capable of light gaming for games that are not AAA spec.) purely for web browsing, video, photos, music playback, office apps. everything works well, gpu fan quietly spins only occasionally. it does what I want it to do. gpu is 6gb gddr6 for under £100, very happy with it.
