Works a treat!
by FroudeSo I order one, along with a kryosheet because as a long time AMD user… I really wanted to try delidding, little did l know this heatspreader would make such a difference! OK so my CPU was pretty bad on the binning (chip lotto let me down!), couldn’t run any negative curve optimiser at all, ran hot ect.. during delidding l discovered that the TIM had holes in it where there was no contact on small parts of the chips (which would explain some things). Delidded, cleaned it up and fitted this sexy heatspreader…. thing is like a mirror! Booted up the system not expecting much of a change, but l was wrong! My 7900X went from All Core 4.8 hitting the 95c, to 5.2 not going above 90c on a 280 CLC (it is an ITX build), single core also improved. I can now also make use of the curve optimiser and over all the CPU is just more stable! (will be messing around with some light OC’ing soon) Honestly, I would recommend this to anyone thinking about it, it is well worth the money!
